1. No financial advice
FraudCoins.com (the “Website”) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, token, or other asset. You should not make any decision based on the Website without consulting a qualified professional.
2. Risk ratings are automated opinions
All risk scores, categories, labels (including terms such as “rug pull”, “pump & dump”, “wash trading”, “high risk” and similar) and accompanying commentary are produced automatically by an algorithm from publicly available market data supplied by third parties (primarily CoinGecko).
These outputs are statements of opinion describing statistical patterns and indicators of risk. They are not statements of fact and are not allegations that any project, team, company, or individual has committed fraud, a crime, or any wrongdoing. A high-risk rating does not mean an asset is a scam; it means the asset exhibits data patterns that our model associates with elevated risk.
3. No guarantee of accuracy
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and our analysis may contain errors. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content. Ratings may change as data changes and may not reflect current circumstances.
4. Cryptocurrency risk
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FraudCoins.com and its operators accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content.
6. Historical records and dated measurements
The Website retains and displays a dated history of the measurements our system has taken for an asset, including measurements that are no longer current. Every historical entry describes only what our automated model measured on the date shown. It is not a statement about the asset, the project, or any person at any other time, and it is not an assertion that any conduct occurred then or occurs now.
Because our measurements are automated and taken at a point in time, an asset’s indicators frequently change. Where a historical reading previously exceeded one of our thresholds and a current reading does not, the Website says so explicitly. A retained historical record must not be read as an ongoing allegation, and the presence of a page for an asset is not itself an adverse finding — we publish a page for every asset we have measured, including those that have never met any risk threshold.
Conversely, the absence of a recent measurement is not a clearance: it usually means only that the asset fell outside the scope of that day’s automated scan.
7. Right of reply / corrections
If you represent a project that appears on the Website and believe a rating or a retained historical measurement relies on inaccurate data, you may contact us at legal@fraudcoins.com. We will review reasonable, good-faith requests to correct factual data errors, and we will correct or annotate historical entries shown to be inaccurate rather than silently deleting them.
